About us
Welcome to the website of the coziest student table tennis association of The Netherlands! Whether you played only once at a camping or have been a professional since before you started walking, we are looking forward to welcome you at STT Hyperion! Founded 30 years ago, we’re a group of around 35 members from all over the world who share one thing: a love for table tennis (and a good time). We train every Wednesday evening at the University Sports Center, with room for every level from complete beginners to experienced players. Curious? Just come by!
For those who want a bit more of a challenge, we compete in the local TTL (Tilburgse Tafeltennis Liga) competition with three teams across different levels. But we do a lot more than just table tennis! Besides our weekly practices and competitions we host fun events and go to parties together — think borrels, a BBQ, a city trip, and our infamous Hyperion cantus. We have at least one monthly activity, but nothing is mandatory!
